Welcome to the Brooklyn Post-Partum Depression Support Group site. If you or a mom you care about is suffering from PMADs (perinatal mood/anxiety disorders), while pregnant or post-partum, I offer information, education, resources, group support and individual therapy. I am also a certified Yoga and Meditation teacher with a holistic, individualized approach to healing. These services are provided by Melissa Paschke, LCSW.
