If you or a mom you care about is suffering from PMADs (perinatal mood/anxiety disorders), while pregnant or post-partum, I offer information, education, resources, group support and individual therapy. I am also a certified Yoga and Meditation teacher with a holistic, individualized approach to healing. These services are provided by Melissa Paschke, LCSW.

Spring Meeting Schedule
The next three Brooklyn PPD Support group meetings will be held on Thursday March 12, Thursday April 23, and Thursday May 14 at 7 pm at Families First in Cobble Hill (250 Baltic Street, between Court and Clinton). Participation is free but RSVPs are required, even if you have attended a meeting before. Please contact Molly Peryer (molly.peryer at gmail.com; 917-549-6012) at least 24 hours before the meeting if you would like to attend.
