If you or a mom you care about is suffering from PMADs (perinatal mood/anxiety disorders), while pregnant or post-partum, I offer information, education, resources, group support and individual therapy. I am also a certified Yoga and Meditation teacher with a holistic, individualized approach to healing. These services are provided by Melissa Paschke, LCSW.

April, May and June Meeting Schedule

Documentary about PPD
I just wanted to let you all know about a documentary about PPD that is in the making. The women behind the film are raising money right now to produce it. I am hoping that they are successful, as it has the potential to raise awareness about the realities and prevalence of PPD, reduce stigma, and hopefully to encourage new moms and their loved ones to get help if they are suffering.
