If you or a mom you care about is suffering from PMADs (perinatal mood/anxiety disorders), while pregnant or post-partum, I offer information, education, resources, group support and individual therapy. I am also a certified Yoga and Meditation teacher with a holistic, individualized approach to healing. These services are provided by Melissa Paschke, LCSW.

January Meetings
Our next two meetings will be on Monday, January 11 and Monday, January 25 at 7 pm at Everyday Athlete (136 Union Street, between Hicks and Columbia). Please be sure to RSVP at least two hours in advance if you plan to attend.
