If you or a mom you care about is suffering from PMADs (perinatal mood/anxiety disorders), while pregnant or post-partum, I offer information, education, resources, group support and individual therapy. New Research Links PPD and Diabetes
A recent study found that pregnant women and new mothers with diabetes have almost twice the risk of developing PPD as women without diabetes. Click here to read more about it.

Upcoming Meetings
The next three group meetings will be at 7 pm on Tuesday, February 24, Thursday, March 5, and Thursday, March 19 at Everyday Athlete.
